Description The Panel Pro 4824a has a snap ring on the motor end of the x and y ball screw that can become dislodged if the axis is run into a hard stop. This may pop out the retaining snap ring, rounding off the edges of the groove in the ball screw making it impossible for the snap ring to stay in place.
