My housemate’s been making it his personal mission to separate trash into three or four different storage and disposal categories and destinations since long before I got here…but since I’m the only chef in this household, there’s a lot more organic biodegradable waste being produced these days.It does my heart good to know that he’s staying on top of disposing of this bumper crop of disposable, biodegradable waste products, and that having this SMALLER size and shape of trash bags (plus their smaller container with lid) creates a better two-part system that now ensures such waste must leave the kitchen and be disposed of properly, ensuring that NEVER AGAIN will an inappropriately larger trash bin be used for storing biodegradable contents…which can start attracting flies in our kitchen!P.S.: And the fact that these smaller bags themselves are just as biodegradable as their contents is an incredibly clever new feature which streamlines the disposal process while creating tremendous brand loyalty to this clever disposal system!
