Gender Discrimination has been a big problem in society in the past, but is it still around now?

Being sexually discriminated in the workplace has happened numerous amounts of times to many individuals, as women can sometimes get less pay than men and can be discriminated against for reasons such as pregnancy or going through the menopause. In this documentary I wanted to discover if this is still going on and what can be done about it.
