They possess an elongated, smooth body that exhibits a coloration ranging from gold to pink. Known for their peaceful nature, they are highly effective scavengers, making them a valuable addition to any community aquarium. The Dojo Loach requires an aquarium of at least 30 gallons, furnished with ample hiding spots, and water temperatures maintained between 68 and 76 degrees Fahrenheit. While they thrive in planted tanks, larger individuals may disturb plants during their foraging activities.
